Vanessa Rabito provides pre-and post-close transaction support, with a focus on integration and carve-out planning and execution. Ms. Rabito’s experience spans across multiple industries, Healthcare, Real-Estate, Manufacturing and Media & Entertainment, serving both public and PE-backed companies. Ms. Rabito has experience working directly with executive leadership and management teams driving key activities and program governance throughout the planning and execution lifecycle (i.e., synergy tracking, Day 1 Planning, Operating Model Design and weekly SteerCo reporting). Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Ms. Rabito led business transformation initiatives for a Fortune 100 Healthcare company serving as a workstream PMO, designing an optimized end-to-end hybrid operating model through current state assessment, future state design and standing up an offshore shared services center. Ms. Rabito managed a multi-wave transition workstream through communication with various stakeholders and provided support during technology implementation. In addition, Ms. Rabito has experience leading post-acquisition technical accounting support and started her career as an auditor at KPMG. Ms. Rabito currently serves as a Board member for a local non-profit that focuses on STEAM education, providing support by helping the organization reach their growth targets through strategic planning.
