Ferreira, Ann

Ann Ferreira has over 25 years of experience in mezzanine, leveraged lending and private equity investing. Prior to co-founding LC2, Ann served as an investor and advisor to small businesses through her own firm, Good Harbor Capital and was a partner at Churchill Capital where she led and managed junior capital investments. She has held senior corporate finance positions within the investment banking divisions of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown and Bank of America in their restructuring advisory and M&A practices, respectively. She began her career at Chase Securities on the bank’s global credit audit team. She also served in Chase’s restructuring and corporate strategy groups, and on the global chemicals industry corporate finance team.
