Hughes, Cathleen

Cathleen Hughes is a Director in the Corporate Finance practice of Kroll, based in Chicago. She has over 20 years of experience working with middle-market companies and their advisors to provide investment banking and advisory services. Within the Corporate Finance practice of Kroll, she works with private equity groups and privately owned companies in the areas of M&A advisory, transaction advisory services, restructuring, debt advisory and fairness and solvency opinions. Cathleen received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics from Marquette University and serves on the Board of Directors at Fenwick High School. She lives in the suburbs of Chicago with her husband and three children.
