Lori Gleeman is the Founder & CEO of Soul Equity Solutions. She launched the firm as an answer to a need in the PE market – a boutique, highly specialized, and consultative executive search firm, with deep knowledge of the private equity universe and its players. For over 15 years, Lori has provided innovative talent acquisition solutions across industries. Prior to founding Soul Equity, Lori was Principal Recruiter at a Private Equity focused retained search firm, placing C-Suite executives within portfolio companies. Previously, she braved investment management attorney’s on a daily basis as Managing Director within a legal search firm, the spark for her transition into private equity. She launched her recruiting career as Managing Director at Atrium Staffing, managing the permanent placement division. Lori lives in New York City and is a proud mom of twin boys and her Goldendoodle, Dixie. She loves to cook and entertain and enjoys skiing and yoga. Lori graduated from the University of Vermont. She is actively involved in the private equity universe, is a member of Exponent Women and serves on the Women of Leadership, and DEI committees for ACG NY.
