Proia, Jeanne

Jeanne is a Managing Director at Cross Keys Capital and joined the firm in 2017. She has over 20 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, and operations. Prior to joining, Jeanne served as Vice President of Business Development at MEDNAX Health Solutions, where she was responsible for acquiring over 20 physician practices. Jeanne has also worked at AutoNation, managing various M&A transactions, and started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, serving the Retail and Service sector.
