Wittelsberger, Stacey R.

Stacey R. Wittelsberger is a Principal of Patriot Capital Group. Ms. Wittelsberger is responsible for all aspects of new deal generation, transaction due diligence and underwriting, deal execution, portfolio management and investor relations. Ms. Wittelsberger joined Patriot Capital Group in June 2010 and since that time has participated in 21 (twenty-one) transactions across Patriot Capital II, Patriot Capital III SBIC and Patriot Capital IV, totaling approximately $200 million in invested capital. Prior to Patriot Capital Group, Ms. Wittelsberger worked for Banc of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) in New York and Charlotte in the Global Markets Securitized Products investment banking group. During her time at BAML, Ms. Wittelsberger was responsible for the structuring, origination and monitoring of various asset-backed securities (auto, student loan, credit card, equipment lease and capital commitment) and mortgage-backed securities transactions. Ms. Wittelsberger earned an MBA from the Sellinger School of Business at Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). Ms. Wittelsberger is on the Board of Governors of the Small Business Investor Alliance (“SBIA”) and also previously served as Regional President of the Northeast Region for the SBIA. Ms. Wittelsberger is actively involved with various boards of Patriot III SBIC and Patriot IV portfolio companies.
