Hitchcock, Kelsey

Kelsey focuses her practice on corporate transactions. She represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters. Her experience extends across diverse industries, including healthcare and food and beverage.

Kelsey graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she served on Law Review and received CALI Awards for obtaining the highest grades in Health Law Regulation & Transactions, Sales & Leased Goods, and Constitutional Law. Kelsey obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, where she was named to the dean’s list.
